Explore Tai Chi Gung and Revisit Warrior Poses
Service Description
In this workshop we will take a deeper look into the practice of Tai Chi Gung as well as revisiting the Yoga Warrior Poses. Tai Chi Gung, also known as Tai Chi Qi Gong, is a practice that combines elements of both Tai Chi and Qi Gong, focusing on cultivating and circulating vital energy (Qi) through gentle, flowing movements and mindful breathing. It is a low-impact exercise that emphasizes relaxation, balance, and coordination. We will be doing some simple slow cultivating and circulating energy movements. While emphazing mindful breathing, relaxation, balance and coordination. In the last half of the workshop we will revisit and concentrate on Warrior poses… we will go over the origins of Warrior poses, (history/mythology) The best stance for each pose and then we will do a flow routine moving with your breath which incorporates all of the poses…followed by Savasana.
